- Attract a buyer(s) through proven marketing techniques.
- Receive an offer(s).
- Negotiate price and terms.
- Disclose information required by the contract and by law.
- Buyer inspections. Negotiate repairs.
- Get necessary documents to escrow company.
- Receive the proceeds of your sale.
