Ways to sell your home in less time for more money

Your home's exterior creates the Buyer's first impression:

• Trim shrubs and eliminate dead branches
• Make sure that existing plants are watered and look healthy
• Dispose of all garbage/debris and make sure yard tools are neatly stored
• Repair and repaint fences and gates
• Weed and rake front yard
• Damaged or rotten wood should be removed
• Repaint outside

Your homes interior will reinforce a good first impression:

• Repaint the inside (use neutral tones)
• Repair or replace loose tiles
• Entire home should be sparkling clean
• Curtains and drapes can be freshly laundered
• Check to make sure tub and shower caulking is in good shape
• Remove all clutter leaving only a few key pieces of nice furniture
• Remove all but select photos to which your target Buyer will relate
• Make sure all light fixtures are working
• Eliminate bad odors
